YIPPEE!

Lurf Museum will be hosting "YIPPEE!", a solo exhibition by artist HONGAMA, on the first floor. The exhibition will feature approximately 36 new paintings and 60 ceramic pieces by HONGAMA, on display and for sale. An animation produced by HONGAMA will also be screened at the venue. HONGAMA merchandise created in conjunction with the exhibition will be available for purchase at Lurf Museum stores and online. The exhibition will run from Wednesday, April 26th to Monday, May 15th, 2023.

[Artist Statement]

I've always loved the freedom to create whatever I want without any restrictions.
Therefore, there is no particular meaning behind the title of each exhibition, and the method of expression and materials used vary each time.
I don't know what will become of my works in the future, but I would be happy if you enjoy the works that can only be created at this time.
