Jeremy Yamamura

Jeremy Yamamura's project "DOGZZZ" began on the streets of Bordeaux, France in the early 2000s. What began as a simple graffiti character has taken on various forms over time, always spreading positive and fun energy while also offering social criticism.
He came to Japan in 2006 and has been exhibiting his work in galleries using a variety of media including paper, canvas, wood boards, and animation. He is also currently involved in the local community in Tokyo, painting to support small, independent businesses and creative people. His dog is his best friend and lifelong propagandist!

Orson Welles said, "We are born alone, we live alone, we die alone. Only through love and friendship can we create the fleeting illusion that we are not alone."

The central theme of my character, dogzzz, is "togetherness."
