WAVE 2023-24

WAVE, a large-scale exhibition that transcends the realms of fine art and graphic art, has been held since 2018. From 2021 to 2023, it traveled to Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, and London, attracting record-breaking attendance of over 50,000 people in each location, and conveying the current state and creativity of Japan's art scene.
Now in its sixth year in Japan, the exhibition, "WAVE 2023-24," will move to the Daikanyama Roof Museum and will feature works by 37 notable artists known both domestically and internationally, including Nagai Hiroshi, Tomozawa Kotao, Asano Tadanobu, Nagaba Yu, Hiro Sugiyama, TOWA TEI, Sorayama Hajime, and Tanaami Keiichi, in "First Half: WAVE BLUE," and works by 20 artists who predict the future of Japanese art in "Second Half: WAVE YELLOW," over a two-month period.
