現在、弊社のオンラインストアにおきまして、クレジットカードの不正利用が疑われる注文が発生しております。
弊社では、お客様の安全のため、不正検知システムによって不正利用が疑われる場合、ご本人確認のうえ発送をさせていただく場合がございます。
ご注文者様の登録・注文情報とお支払いされたカードの情報が一致しない場合や、不審な点がある場合は、ご本人様確認（電話確認、身分証明書の提出など）をさせていただきます。
ご登録いただいた電話番号やメールアドレスにて連絡が取れず、ご本人様確認ができない場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
（不正利用の疑いがある注文内容の例）
